What food will be served on a cabin gulet in Turkiye?
A cabin gulet cruise in Turkiye usually includes a full board menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea with snacks), while drinks are not included. For some itineraries, the last dinner in the port of disembarkation may also be excluded.
The menu on board a shared gulet in Turkiye is based on traditional Greek-Turkish and international dishes, which are generally loved by our guests. In fact, all meals are prepared fresh on board and served at the table set up in the outdoor area at the stern. The cabin gulet menu is full of so-called meze as well as cooked or grilled main courses.

Turkish breakfast
Turkish breakfast is an important moment of the day. For breakfast on the gulet are usually served different types of jam, honey, butter, olives, feta (fresh cheese), sweet caciotta, eggs cooked in different ways or omelettes, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, milk, tea and American coffee.
Lunch on a gulet
Lunch on board is light and above all rich in both cooked and raw vegetables. You will discover tasty and vegetarian dishes such as stuffed aubergines or peppers, the famous burek with cheese or spinach. Not to forget tzatzik, cooked or fried vegetables, pilaf rice or couscous as a side dish, mixed salad, fruit. Pasta will also be served or some dishes that may contain cooked meat, but lunch is basically vegetarian.
Afternoon snack
Tea or coffee time accompanied by biscuits and cakes or fruit are served around 5 pm. A very welcome and sweet break!
Dinner on the gulet under the stars
Dinner is the most important culinary moment of the day. Some evenings, grilled or fried fish dishes, calamari or octopus will be prepared accompanied by various meze. Other evenings will include meat such as meatballs or grilled chicken or beef with sauce and vegetables or even the classic breaded cutlet. Always accompanied by pilaf rice or couscous, boiled or fried potatoes as a side dish and a large salad.

The bar on cabin gulet cruise
In the cabin-charter formula, drinks are not included and can be purchased at the gulet bar. Drinks consumed are noted on the cabin bill that is paid in cash at the end of the cruise.
Indicative prices of the bar on board the gulet are: water €0.50 – €1; coffee €1.50; soft drinks and fruit juices €3.50; beer €5.00 cocktails and aperitifs from €7.00; bottled wine starting from €20.
Pls note that is not allowed to bring drinks purchased externally on board. Coffee and tea are included at breakfast and in the afternoon during tea time.
