Disappointed about the cruise

I’m writing to complain about the recent holiday we took with yourselves.
We booked to go to the Greek islands as we had previously been on several Turkish gulets.
Due to the problems with the gulets paperwork we only spent 2 days on the Greek Islands but spent too much time travelling from Greek ports to Turkish ports and visa versa.
Unfortunately several bays we stopped at in Turkey we had previously visited.
Because the gullet we were on was much bigger than the original gullet, there were two tables for the meals and we were sat on the german only speaking table which made our meals not particularly pleasant.
The crew we were with were brilliant, as good if not better than our previous experiences.
Overall our holiday was disappointing.
I think we are due some kind of recompense to make up for the holiday not being as advertised.
Even after the hiccup with this holiday I appreciate the customer service shown by yourself and I would use you again in the future.

I am really sorry about the situation, and I understand you were disappointed with your holiday. As it was explained on board, the Greek authorities did not permit the boats to leave the port because of some Bureaucratic issues and procedures. This caused long delays. Unfortunately, there is no other Greek-flagged gulet on Rhodes except Vgo and Northwind. The only solution was to change the route to Turkey on Turkish gulet to guarantee the cruise. I totally understand this was not the cruise you have booked. We apologise again, and you should receive already details about recompensation on your email.
