For private gulet charters, we can organise land excursions and incorporate it into your itinerary. Therefore, you can decide for half or full day excursions to archaeological sites like Cleopatra Island in Gokova bay, Isola d’Ishia in Italy or Asklepion on Kos island. What about visiting natural parks like a volcano on Nisiros island or Daylan river with its tombs. Your itinerary can also include towns of unique beauty like Patmos island or Rhodes. In case you book a cabin cruise there are additional tour organisations which are subject to extra rates, other than your cabin charter fee.

Shore visits “on your own”

Of course, you can decide on some offshore activities on your own. Depending on the harbour or bay you have dropped anchor, the most popular activities to consider are promenading or walking, hiking or biking trip. Swimming, snorkelling and fishing

Most of the gulets have necessary snorkelling masks and flippers and fishing lines available on board. Of course, you can also bring your equipment. We recommended it if you are a fervent fisherman or enthusiast of snorkelling. Or just relax and spend your day bathing in endless sunshine and swimming in irresistibly blue water.

Waters sports activities on gulets

Watersports selection is not standard equipment on all gulets, so if you are interested in water sports ask details about it. Most of the gulets have kayaks or windsurfs on board. These are also considered the best activities for everybody and the safest ones. On gulets, you will also find motorsports like waterskis and wake-board.

Other watersports activities on gulets like Jet-ski are available on limited gulets only. If your gulet doesn’t have the equipment you wish, you can rent it for the periods of your cruise. But this option might include extra costs, or it might be not available. For some watersports might be limitations according to the navigation area.

Diving

Scuba-diving in Turkish, Italy and Greek waters is permitted only under the guidance and supervision of a licensed dive guide. Of course, as with diving in an area that has a long history of sea trade, there might be underwater antiquities. Somewhere it is possible to see amphorae and other ancient relics scattered all over the seabed.
