Gulet Regina – James Bond Yacht
Gulet Regina, The world famous 56 m sailing yacht , offers luxury crewed sailing charters in the Turkish Aegean coast and Greek Mediterranean islands. Gulet Regina is well known, for her impeccable design, expansive decks, first class service and elegant dining, accommodating 12 guests in 6 immaculate cabins.
Gulet Regina has a dazzling role in the 2012 James Bond movie Skyfall. In the movie James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Severine (Bérénice Marlohe) sail the turkish coast. In the film the yacht is referred to as the “Chimera”, but in reality as Regina. In the film, They treated to sweeping shots of Regina as she leans elegantly with the wind on the approach to the island lair of bad-guy Raoul Silva. Bond joins Severine on deck, where the severe-faced henchmen and desolate island in the distance do a great job of highlighting the beauty of this classic-looking gulet.
Master cabins have a separate dressing room and feature Satellite TV, DVD and music systems. Every detail has been considered for the charterer. A centralized remote control system can contol both music and televisions for the saloon, aft deck, fore deck and all interior areas.
Every detail has been considered for the charterer’s comfort – the other three guest cabins are considered to be as luxurious as the master suites. The large saloon and spacious deck areas are ideal for entertaining highly esteemed guests like Bond and Severine.
On Board a selection of watertoys and recreational amenities including a 115 Hp Zodiac dinghy, a 3-person waverunner, 2 sea kayaks, Ringo, waterskis and wakeboard. Just the kind of stuff Bond happens to love!
