Gulets cruises are a beautiful dream holiday in endless blue. Cruising with gulets is waking up in the morning with the sunrise. Just imagine, having breakfast in a heavenly bay in the middle of the nature. Or in a lovely Greek harbour. After breakfast, the captain starts the navigation to the next bay or nearby island where you will spend the day. Simply relax and soak up the sun as you cruise crystal clear waters along the stunning coastline.

Gulets anchor in a bay after some hours of sailing. Days are spent swimming and exploring the turquoise deep with your snorkel or just relaxing on the gulet deck. Reading your favourite book and playing cards are must activities. Try to go fishing if you want a relaxing hobby. Enjoy a large amount of sunshine, slap on the sunscreen and don’t forget to bring sunglasses and a tight-fitting hat.

Sun, swim and relax

Probably due to the fresh air and lots of swimming you’ll be all starving by lunchtime. Light dishes of traditional cuisine, prepared with fresh local vegetables will be ready for lunch. Served at a splendid, shaded large table situated at the gulets aft. After meal you will all relax on the shaded mattress or curl up in the vast cushioned area at the back, reading a book or having a little nap.

The captain will probably start sailing to a different bay or a village. After the noon heat, it’s time for more swimming, kayaking and windsurfing. Or just more relaxing under the sun. The captain will run you to the shore in the tender boat for some visits, souvenir shopping or a drink in a local restaurant. About 5 pm generally there is gulets tea time. Not a fan of Turkish tea, don’t worry. The crew will also serve coffee and biscuits to recharge those batteries.

Enjoy your evening on gulets

Gulets life is far away from distractions such as smartphones and televisions. You’ll be surprised at how much free time you now have. The sun starts to go down, its time for the last swim and stunning sunset while sipping a glass of wine. You can decide for a walk or visit to the nearby village, some shopping or just sightseeing before dinner on board.

Dining on gulets is a unique experience. The view of the picturesque greek harbour, the silence and the scents of the sea in a secluded bay, the sound of the waves are all the perfect setup.
You can decide on a surprise party, music on the boat, elegant dinner on the deck. Or to decorate your gulet for a particular occasion and anything else you wish.
