The law was voted on 23/11/2017 in general and it deals with many issues concerning the legislation and operation of the Merchant Maine Ministry , the Coast Guard the electronic monitoring of yachts and small tourist ships , sea tourism marine infrastructure , cabotage etc.
The most important part for Turkish gulets cruising in Greece is Article 136; explains clearly that Gulets with Turkish charter licence can not start and end the cruise in Greek Waters.

It is allowed to star the cruise in any of the Turkish ports (Bodrum , Marmaris, Gocek ecc) and then sails to Greek islands with return to Turkish port.
